Sarah Goslee Reed grew up in a house full of music. While her father played the bassoon in the Cleveland Orchestra and her mother played the cello and string bass, she fell in love with the folk music of the sixties and the Beatles. Based upon her knowledge of the violin, Sarah taught herself to play guitar and learned songs by listening to records. Songwriting is as much a passion as singing, and several of her songs have received awards, been arranged for choirs as well as orchestrated as instrumentals.
